Kinetic Chain Release therapy
What is Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)
KCR is the gold standard treatment in healthcare today. It quickly and easily alleviates pain and physical impairments and has a profound effect on promoting healing within the body within just one session.
The treatment was developed by Hugh Gilbert, a physiotherapist with over 35 years experience, and utilises a series of medically approved joint mobilisations and stretches, that bring the whole body into a balanced state.
- £45/ 1hr
It is safe, gentle and non-invasive therapy that is suitable for all ages,. and can treat the following:
- Relief from Chronic Pain
- Enhance Overall Health
- Improve Range Movement
- Increase Strength & Endurance
- Maximise Sports Performance
Connective Tissue Release
In Addition to KCR we also offer connective tissue release. This is another hands-on technique that involves applying gentle and sustained pressure into areas of the body with deep restrictions to further reduce pain, tension and restore motion.
Your connective tissue can be likened to a spiders web, that connects and surrounds everything in your body, right down to the cellular level. Therefore, restrictions in one area can result in pain and reduced mobility, in not only the affected area but other areas as well.
What About Sports Performance
KCR works particularly well at improving the performance of athletes and many are now using the treatment to improve their range of movement, increase their strength and maximise overall potential, whilst also reducing injuries.
- Cyclists can go faster over longer distances
- Golfers hit straighter and further
- Skiers / Boarders improve their technique
- Runners increase their stamina
- Horse Riders feel more balanced and stable
So if you are an athlete, of any age or commitment level and desire improved performance then why not try the balancing effect of KCR on your body? It will provide GUARANTEED improvement!

I will then guide you in positioning your body for each of the mobilisations and stretches throughout the protocol.
